  1. Your online shop terms and conditions


This website is operated by Organix Brands Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at Companies House (“Organix”, “us”, “we” or “our”). Please note that payment and fulfilment of Orders is run by PHL Group Ltd , a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 12971234 and registered address of Haffren House, 5 Saint Giles Business Park, Newtown, Powys, SY16 3AJ (“Our Fulfilment Company”)


By ordering from us, you agree to be bound by the Shop terms and conditions set out in this document.  In addition, your use of our website generally is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is any difference in meaning between the Shop Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, then the terms in this Shop shall take precedence.

  1. Definitions


In the Shop T&Cs:



means the contract formed when we accept your Order by sending you our Order Acceptance;



means any goods available to purchase from us on this Website;



means your order for Goods placed via this Website


“Order Acceptance”

happens when Organix sends an email saying your Order has been accepted;


“Working Day”

means Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.


  1. Placing orders


To purchase from us you must be over 18. We’re sorry but at the moment we can only deliver Goods to addresses in mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.


If you are buying Goods from us, we will ask you to confirm that your Order is correct before you proceed to the checkout.


For every Order, please provide complete and accurate information during the ordering procedure.  The information requested shall include title, surname, first name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery and billing address. You are responsible for ensuring your account has your up to date billing and delivery addresses for Goods.


When you submit your Order to our Website, your Order is not accepted until Our Fulfilment Company sends you an Order Acceptance email.  Please note that Orders placed outside of Working Days or after 12pm on a Working Day will not be processed until the following Working Day.


If the Goods stated in your Order are no longer available, we may offer you substituted Goods or Services of a similar nature and quality. Again, in this case, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.


We take every effort to try to ensure that the pictures and descriptions of our wonderful Goods are accurate, but please be aware that photographs and information displayed on the Website are illustrative and variations can occur.   In particular, please do check your Goods when they arrive to make sure they are suitable for your child’s age and stage of weaning, and also to check the list of ingredients for any allergy information.  Do get in touch with the Organix Shop team if you have any queries about the suitability of your Order for your child.


  1. Surprises, Samples and Giveaways


We like to do nice things, like these, to say thanks for ordering through Organix Shop:


Surprises: From time to time, when you place an Order at Organix Shop, we may add something nice to your basket at the checkout as a free surprise gift (a “Surprise”). The Surprise might take the form of (for illustration only) a discount voucher, recipe card, or colouring sheet, made by Organix or by a third party.  These occasional Surprises may be added to your basket, at our discretion, free of charge and will not increase the postage and packing payable on your purchased Goods. By placing an Order with us, you agree to accept a Surprise, should we add it to your basket at checkout.


Samples: Sometimes, we may give you a free sample of Goods when you place an Order (a “Sample”). The Sample will be added to your basket, free of charge, at checkout and will not increase the postage and packing payable on your purchased Goods.  By placing an Order with us, you agree to accept any Sample that we may add to your basket.


Giveaways: We may also, from time to time, run promotional giveaways of our products and/or those of third parties, when certain Goods are purchased from our website (or even, sometimes, without a purchase) (“Giveaways”).  We will always make it clear to you how you can participate in a Giveaway, for how long the Giveaway will be open and what conditions apply (e.g. any purchase requirement, availability of Giveaway products etc). This will be done through the specific terms and conditions for the relevant Giveaway which will be posted on the following page for you to review when the Giveaway is ‘live’: on our competitions T+C's.


Third Party Products in Surprises and Giveaways: Where we include products that aren’t made or sold by Organix (“Third Party Products”) in a Surprise or Giveaway, the following terms apply:


Where the Third Party Product has specific restrictions as to suitability for use or associated health and safety information this will be included with the Third Party Product when it is sent to you. It is your responsibility to read any such restrictions and information and to ensure that the Third Party Product is suitable for your or anyone else’s intended use.

In the unlikely event that you receive a Third Party Product which is faulty, please follow the instructions and terms on our website for returning faulty products. We will either send you a replacement Third Party Product within 30 days of the faulty Third Party Product being received by us, subject to stock availability; or, we will provide an alternative product in lieu of the faulty one, at our sole discretion.

We won’t replace a Third Party Product where faults arise from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We are unable to replace a Third Party Product for any reason other than the Third Party Product being faulty.

Neither we nor any of our employees or other representatives will be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you (including, without limitation, indirect, or consequential loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with your actual or anticipated use the Third Party Product. If your Third Party Product is faulty we will replace it in accordance with paragraphs (b) and (c) above. This will be our only liability to you for a faulty Third Party Product.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Further, nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.


  1. Price and Payment


The final price payable for your Order includes the delivery charges specified in your Order.


It is possible that from time to time we may make an error on the Website such as displaying the wrong price for Goods.  We will normally check our prices before sending you an Order Acceptance.  Where the correct price is lower than the price stated on the Website you will be charged the lower amount.  If a price is higher than the price stated on the Website, we may either (a) contact you to see whether or not you wish to go ahead with the Order; or (b) cancel your Order and notify you of the cancellation, in which case we will refund the price already paid by you (if any).


If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason, then we will refund any money we have already debited in respect of that Order. We will not dispatch Goods until we receive payment in full. Payment for all Goods must be made in pounds sterling by credit or debit card.


  1. Delivery


Our Fulfilment Company will arrange for delivery of the Goods. We aim to deliver Goods to you within the time indicated by us in the Order Acceptance in accordance with the different delivery charges for standard or next day delivery, however we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.


If we have not delivered the Goods within 30 days of you submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you in writing then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund you any money that you have already paid.


  1. Amending your Order, Refunds and Cancellations

    Please inspect the Goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any you must tell us as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days of the delivery date quoting the order reference number, by contacting the Organix Shop team by email at You must then arrange for the Goods to be returned to Our Fulfilment Company (using a freepost address which will be given to you when you contact Us to arrange the return. If on inspection the Goods are found to be damaged, faulty or defective, we will either send you a replacement or refund the price paid by you (plus your original delivery charge).


    1. Our Liability


    We promise that all Goods supplied are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which Goods of their kind are commonly supplied.


    To the maximum extent permissible, we make no other promises about the Goods and any implied warranties are excluded other than those promises set out in these Terms of Purchase. We cannot be held liable for indirect losses that you may incur such as lost data, loss of profit or business interruption. 


    If something goes wrong, our liability to you in relation to supplying Goods is limited to the value of the Goods plus any refund of delivery costs.


    However, this clause does not exclude or limit in any way our liability  for death or personal injury caused  by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude or liability.


    1. Events outside of our reasonable control


    If something happens which is outside of our reasonable control (like flooding, severe weather, postal strikes) we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations under the Shop T&Cs.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.


    1. Amendments


    We have the right to revise and amend the Shop T&Cs from time to time.  You should check the Shop T&Cs every time you make an Order to see if anything has changed since your last Order.


    1. English Law


    The Organix Shop shall be governed by English Law and in the unlikely event there is a dispute between us, it will be governed by the English courts.
